We are thrilled to announce our newest place-based partnership: HUB 07, located in the Boston Square neighborhood at 1534 Kalamazoo Ave. SE Grand Rapids, MI 49507. Starting in October 2025, several of our resource navigators will be on-site, offering support and connection to services in the new community space!

Expanding Access to Resources 

The new place-based location offers several benefits to make it easier for individuals and families to connect with the support they need: 

• Co-located with Corewell Health Center for Wellness – Boston Square
  Being located upstairs from the health center means patients can easily meet with a resource navigator before or after their medical appointments, allowing patients to receive medical care and health-related social needs resources under one roof.  
• Onsite Early Childhood Learning Center
  Boston Square Early Learning Center is located on the first floor and offers parents and caregivers a space for their children to learn and grow with an evidence-based curriculum. Parents and caregivers who would like additional support in finding resources can meet with a resource navigator while their children are learning, growing, and building friendships with other children their age.   
• Walk-In Friendly
  The HUB 07 space is designed as a welcoming, community-centered environment. Anyone from the neighborhood is welcome to drop in and speak with a resource navigator at a time that fits their schedule. 

Collaborating for Community Impact 

HUB 07 follows a hub model, bringing multiple organizations together in one space. This shared environment encourages stronger partnerships and easier collaboration across services, all working toward a common goal: improving the well-being of our community. 

By becoming part of the Boston Square neighborhood, we’re also expanding our presence at community events, local gatherings, and neighborhood initiatives—meeting people where they live, work, grow, and play.
