About Heath Net of West Michigan
Health Net of West Michigan is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving community health through client-centered resource navigation, education and training for social service professionals, and relationship-building across systems. In collaboration with our partners, we address social determinants of health and advocate for increased access to resources to foster a healthier community for all.
