Completing an external training cohort requires a time commitment that for some organizations is hard to manage. To address this issue, Health Net offers organizations across Michigan and the country the opportunity to license the Care Model© curriculum for implementation with your workforce within your own schedule. Licensing the curriculum gives organizations access to training decks, guidebooks, handbooks, and technical assistance to help your team utilize the materials effectively. This option provides the flexibility needed for larger teams to implement the training framework as part of their organizational structure. Using a “train the trainer” concept, we will train your internal staff directly to be able to lead the sessions for broader-scale implementation for existing and new staff.
