You’re Not Alone

Navigating the healthcare and social services systems can be challenging. Whether you're trying to get health coverage, need help understanding community resources, or want someone to show you where to start, we're here.

What Can a Resource Navigator Do for You?

If you live in Kent County, you are eligible for Health Net services. We provide connections to the following resources and more:

Early Childhood Resources

Do you have questions about your child’s growth and development? Health Net can help you find resources, services, and information that fit your family’s needs like home visiting programs, playgroups, and developmental screenings.

Housing Resources

We can support you on your path to finding housing that fits your unique needs and work with you through challenges you may have once you find a place to call home. Housing for all leads to healthier communities.

Behavioral Health

Our resource navigators can assist you in finding a counselor, therapist, or other behavioral health support. Your mental health matters!

Dental

Whether you’ve lapsed on your routine cleanings or need help finding a dentist, we can connect you to local care providers. A healthy mouth is a part of a healthy lifestyle.

Coverage & Provider Options

Are you looking for a healthcare provider that not only meets your needs, but accepts your Medicaid, Medicare, or insurance, too? We can help you navigate through the complexities of health coverage and connect you with answers and clarity.

Community Resources

Have you received a shut-off notice or are you having trouble keeping food in your home? Sometimes these things affect our health without us recognizing the impact. Health Net can connect you with Kent County-based community resources that you may not be aware of, including food, utility assistance, and more.

The Health Net Way

Our team works alongside you rather than just providing you with a phone number. We value your strengths, concerns, and the goals you’d like to achieve. Our aim is to equip you with the information, resources, and support you need to make the decisions you feel are best for your unique situation.
